How to create automation between folk and Make to send automatic emails?

  1. Watch People: Let's start by connecting and making sure Make is monitoring adequate contact group on folk
  2. Get a Person: Set your trigger so that Make gets the adequate person. Here we want for Make scenario to be triggered only if an application's churn reason is updated
  3. Filter: Create a filtering condition so that Make scenario gets triggered only in certain cases. Here it’d be only when the churn reason “timezone” is selected.
